Certificate Program:

The high standards of The Royal Conservatory curriculum are made available to American students through the National Music Certificate Program Certificate Program. Practical piano and music theory examinations are conducted each year in select communities through a network of examination centers. Each year, more than 100,000 students participate in the internationally recognized Certificate Program.

The Certificate Program starts with two preparatory levels, suitable for piano students completing their first and second years of study, respectively. The Program then progresses through ten consecutive grades (Grades 1 - 10), and culminates in certification as an Associate of The Royal Conservatory (the ARCT diploma). The examinations available for each level, grade, and certification, serve as logical assessment points for developing musicians.
